François 1er XO has been distilled, blended and matured in the greatest respect of the Charentaise tradition giving its typical and delicate aromas.
François 1er XO has been distilled, matured and blended following ancestral rules in force in the cognac region. Its only a blend of three Grande Champagne cognacs of which the oldest get back to the early sixties. The final quality shows a very good harmony between the nose and the palate with a rare complexity.
Aspect/colour : Mahogany high stickiness
Nosing : Rancio (old port aromas); cigar box; dry fruits; candied fruits; spiced notes
Taste : Dense and soft structure complex gingerbread liquorice. Exceptional long finish.
